COOKIES (instant bake)

I LOVE COOKIES. I could eat them all day long.
You can combine the flavors in all eternity. Ithink my favorite is white chocolate, cashew nuts, and dried raspberries.
This recipe is quick and easy, you can bake as soon as the dough is finish - you can change the 5 dl, of chocolate and granola, with everything you like e.g. hazelnuts and dark chocolate or macadamias and white chocolate. You can add 3 types of chocolate, all nuts or o
ats, and raisins. I could keep going, but let's bake instead :-)
2,5 dl softened butter (i prefer salted butter)
1,5 dl granulated sugar
3,5 dl brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla powder
6 1/2 dl baking flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 dl chocolate granola or chopped chocolate... or half and half
Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius. Line a baking pan with baking paper
In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder.
Cream together butter and sugars until combined.
Beat in eggs and vanilla, in the sugar mix until fluffy. Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. Add 100 g chocolate chip or chocolate granola
Measure 50 g dough and roll it. Place each roll on the baking tray evenly spaced
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out of the oven when they are starting to turn brown.
Let them sit on the baking pan for 10 minutes before placing them on the cooling rack.
