Flaky and crisp croissants

I love croissants and flaky pastry in all shapes and forms. It has therefore been very important to me, to find the perfect recipe. Easy, or as easy as it can be, with the perfect taste, the right amount of layers, and the right crunch.


It takes time to perfect the skills, and no, when I have perfected the recipe, I have to try it again, and again to make sure, that the recipe I publish here, is as easy and understandable, so you can make the perfect croissants in the first try.
