Banana pancakes

Opdateret: 26. mar. 2021

Besides waffles, I know nothing better than pancakes, oh what maybe also croissants and everything made with puff pastry.

These banana pancakes are one of my most simple and easy breakfast ideas. They taste sweet and have a soft texture. They are perfect with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, Nutella, syrup, greek yogurt, fresh fruit, or almost anything else.

And the best part is, that it takes 10-15 minutes, from start to serve - what's not to like?

Ingredients:

130 g all-purpose flour

20 g sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 egg

2,5 dl milk

30 g melted butter

2 ripped bananas

Instructions:

Mix egg, milk, melted butter, and bananas. Add flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder and stir the batter well, so you get rid of as many lumps as possible.

Heat a pan over medium heat, and scoop the batter onto the pan. I use a sauce spoon. If you like, you can make more pancakes at the same time on your pan, I normally make 3 at a time, but of course, it depends on the pan size and the pancake size. Just make sure, they don't touch each other

When the pancake starts to make small air holes in the middle, you turn them and make sure that they are golden brown on both sides.
